Terms of use

These Terms of Use govern your use of the iptvolt app, provided by schantastic e.U., Julian Schanta, Mattersburger Straße 26, 7000 Eisenstadt, Austria. By using iptvolt you agree to these terms. If you obtained the app from the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies.

  1. 01iptvolt Is a Player Only

    iptvolt is software for playing media streams. It does not provide, sell, host or link to any channels, playlists, films, series or other content, and it is not affiliated with any IPTV provider, broadcaster or rights holder.

    All content you watch comes from sources you add yourself (M3U/XSPF playlists or Xtream Codes logins). The availability, quality and legality of that content are the sole responsibility of you and the provider of the source.

  2. 02Your Responsibilities

    • Only add sources you are legally entitled to use, and respect the rights of copyright holders and broadcasters.
    • Do not use iptvolt to access, distribute or circumvent protection of content without authorisation.
    • Keep your sync code private: anyone with the code can join your sync space.
    • Do not attempt to reverse engineer, overload or interfere with the app or its backend services.

  3. 03iptvolt Pro and Subscriptions

    Core playback is free. iptvolt Pro unlocks additional features (such as unlimited sources, the full TV guide grid, sync and Pro on up to 5 of your own devices that use your sync code, Picture-in-Picture, multi-view with four screens, favourite folders and the full sports week) and is offered as a monthly or yearly subscription or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.

    • Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase.
    • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends.
    • If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you purchase a subscription.
    • You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings (also reachable via Settings → Subscription in the app).
    • Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies.
    • Purchases can be restored on other devices with the same store account via “Restore purchases”.

  4. 04Availability and Changes

    We work to keep iptvolt reliable, but we do not guarantee that the app, sync or third-party data (such as artwork, metadata or sports fixtures) will always be available or error-free. We may change, improve or discontinue features. Paid features you purchased remain available for the purchased period.

  5. 05Liability

    We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations, limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. We are not responsible for content, outages or conduct of third-party sources you add. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

  6. 06Privacy

    How iptvolt handles data is described in the iptvolt Privacy Policy.

  7. 07Governing Law

    These terms are governed by Austrian law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence also apply.

  8. 08Changes to These Terms

    We may update these terms when the app changes. The current version is always available on this page.
