Something not working? Let's fix it.
Most problems start at the source, not the app. These checks solve the common ones in a minute. Still stuck? Email us.

Check the login, character by character
Server with http or https and the port, then user name and password exactly as your provider sent them.

Try a second channel
None play? The source or your connection is down. Only one fails? The app already tries its second engine.

Restore Pro
On a new device, open Settings and tap Restore purchases, or enter your sync code.
Common questions.
My Xtream login fails
Check the server address including http or https and the port, then the user name and password exactly as your provider sent them. Many providers lock an account to a number of connections; close the stream on other devices and try again.
The TV guide is empty
Guide data comes from your source. For Xtream it loads with the channels; for M3U the playlist names its EPG link in its header, or you enter one when you add the source. If a channel still shows no programme, your guide data has no entry for it.
A stream doesn't start
Try another channel first: if none play, the source or your connection is down. If one channel fails, the app already tries its second engine (VLC, for MKV, AVI and raw TS) and the original link before it shows an error. A card that says all connections are in use means your provider's limit is reached.
Casting doesn't work
Before casting, the app checks whether the TV can play that stream. Formats like MKV, raw TS or HEVC can't be cast to a Chromecast and the app says so. For AirPlay, the native player is needed; the app offers to switch when it can.
Pro is missing on a new device
Open Settings and tap Restore purchases with the same App Store or Google Play account. If you use a sync code, enter it on the new device and Pro arrives with it.
